London Stock Exchange welcomes S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A. to the Main Market
Today London Stock Exchange welcomes S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A. to open its first day of trading, marking the successful listing of the Company’s shares in the form of GDRs on the Exchange’s Main Market.
S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A., Romanian’s largest natural gas producer and supplier, recently completed the largest ever IPO by a Romanian company and this is the first time that a Romanian privatised company has listed on an international exchange.
S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A. raised RON1.7 million (US$534 million) and each Share was priced at RON30, equating to a US dollar pricing of US$9.25 per GDR, valuing the Company at RON11.6 billion (US$3.6 billion).

Goldman Sachs International and Erste Group Bank AG acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Banca Comerciala Romana S.A. and SSIF Raiffeisen Capital & Investment S.A. acted as Domestic Lead Managers. Clifford Chance, through its London and Bucharest offices, acted as the main legal counsel.
