15/07/2010 The London Stock Exchange congratulates Entertainment One on its transfer from AIM to the Main Market

The London Stock Exchange is pleased to welcome Entertainment One (LSE: ETO) to the Main Market following the Company’s step up from the AIM market this morning.

Entertainment One is an international entertainment group specialising in the acquisition, production and distribution of content rights for film and television across all media channels in over 190 countries.

As of this morning all of the common shares of Entertainment One will be admitted to a standard listing on the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities, with a current market cap of £98.75 million.

Darren Throop, Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment One commented:
