London Stock Exchange welcomes Doric Nimrod Air Three to the Specialist Fund Market

Doric Nimrod Air Three

London Stock Exchange today welcomes Doric Nimrod Air Three, the aircraft investment vehicle, to its Specialist Fund Market. It has a market capitalisation of £220 million.

The capital raised will be used to purchase four Airbus A380 aircraft, which will be leased to Emirates each for a period of 12 years. The transaction follows two other successful offerings by Nimrod Capital.

Marc Gordon, Partner at Nimrod Capital, said:

“We believe this should prove most interesting to the investment community as many pension, ISA and other general institutional or individual investors are looking for high income investments which pay dividends regularly and are backed by real and stable assets which might also provide a hedge against inflation.”
