London Stock Exchange welcomes Coca-Cola HBC AG to the Premium segment of the Main Market

The London Stock Exchange welcomes the start of trading of Coca-Cola HBC AG ordinary shares on the Premium Segment of its Main Market.  As part of this process the company has appointed Credit Suisse and JP Morgan Cazenove as joint corporate brokers. In addition, Coca-Cola HBC AG has established a listing on the NYSE through ADSs and a parallel listing of its ordinary shares on the Athens Exchange

Coca-Cola HBC AG is the world’s second largest bottler of products of The Coca-Cola Company in terms of volume with sales of more than 2 billion unit cases and a turnover in excess of €7 billion. The company has a broad geographic footprint with operations in 28 countries across 3 continents employing in excess of 40,000 people and operating more than 70 plants. Coca-Cola HBC AG serves a population of approximately 581 million people, offering a diverse range of ready-to-drink non-alcoholic beverages in the sparkling, juice, water, sport, energy, tea and coffee categories.
