The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Tinci Holdings Limited to AIM.

Tinci Holdings Limited is the parent company of Tinci Sanhe Environmental Engineering Co. Ltd, one of the leading Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) engineering companies in China’s Guangdong Province. The company installs special processes at industrial plants to help reduce and control the emission of sulphur dioxide (SO2) into the atmosphere.

Mr. David Brewer, Chairman of Tinci Holdings Ltd. commented: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to be involved in a business that is tackling one of the most important issues for China at the moment – that of air pollution. Research has shown that air pollution is responsible for enormous health and environmental damage in China every year. Tinci has proved itself as a leader in the industry and is benefiting from the PRC Government’s directives to curb dangerous emissions such as SO2.”

Zimmerman Adams International Limited is acting as Nominated Adviser to Tinci and joint broker with Corporate Synergy plc.
