The London Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Helius Energy Plc to AIM.

Helius was established to deliver sustainable energy from biomass. The company will install and operate electricity generation plants designed to meet the growing need for reliable power and support the essential move away from fossil fuels both for economic and environmental reasons, whilst taking advantage of renewable energy legislation.

Commenting on the company’s admission to AIM, Alex Worrall, Non-Executive Chairman said:

"We look forward to quoting on AIM, which we believe will further enhance our ability to take advantage of the exciting growth opportunities to develop biomass as a sustainable source of renewable power".

Daniel Stewart & Company plc acted as the nominated adviser and broker.
