The London Stock Exchange is very pleased to welcome EuroTrust A/S to AIM.

EuroTrust is one of the largest Danish property development companies, which over recent years has developed a distinct business operation specialising in the development of wind energy farms in Europe.

The company listed on NASDAQ in 1997 but has simultaneously delisted from NASDAQ and admitted to AIM given the European focus of its Shareholder base and business opportunities. As a result, EuroTrust becomes the only Danish company currently quoted on AIM.

With 38,258,260 ordinary shares in issue at admission, EuroTrust has a market capitalisation of approximately €448 million.

Bo Kristensen, CEO of EuroTrust, commented: “The global demand for clean energy is growing rapidly; our quotation on AIM coupled with our unique business model will allow us to take full advantage of this demand."

“AIM has developed a particular strength in the growing renewable energy sector and is the most appropriate market for our shares.”

West Hill Corporate Finance Ltd is acting as Financial Adviser and Cenkos Securities plc is acting as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company.
