The Exchange welcomes BH Global Limited to the London Stock Exchange.

BH Global has joined the Main Market, raising a total of US$1 billion.

The Company will invest solely in the Brevan Howard Global Opportunities Master Fund Limited, which will invest in a number of Brevan Howard funds, including the Brevan Howard Equity Strategies Master Fund, the Brevan Howard Asia Master Fund, the Brevan Howard Emerging Markets Strategies Master Fund, the Brevan Howard Strategic Opportunities Fund and the Brevan Howard Master Fund.

Lord Turnbull, Chairman of BH Global commented: “To have raised US$1 billion in these markets is a great result and certainly beyond our initial target of US$500 million. BH Global offers investors access to Brevan Howard, one of Europe’s most successful hedge fund managers, through a more diversified approach than is currently offered by BH Macro Limited, Brevan Howard’s first London-listed feeder fund. This result clearly demonstrates investor appetite for high quality closed-ended funds.”
