The Hon. Fran Bailey MP, Australian Minister for Small Business and Tourism, opens the markets in celebration of Australia Day

In celebration of Australia Day and to mark the increasing number and variety of Australian companies joining AIM, the Hon Fran Bailey MP, Australian Minister for Small Business and Tourism, opened the financial markets this morning. She was accompanied by Bill Tweddell, Acting High Commissioner to the UK and Martin Graham, Head of AIM at the London Stock Exchange.
Voller Energy Group plc, a manufacturer of portable fuel cell systems for use as battery chargers and mobile generators, today joined the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Chief Executive Stephen Voller opened the financial markets Arden Partners acted as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company.
Stephen Voller, CEO of Voller Energy Group, said: “We are delighted that the flotation of the Group has been completed successfully and it is gratifying to witness such high levels of institutional demand. The listing will enable us to take Voller Energy to the next stage of its development and maximise the many opportunities for the Group within our designated markets.”
