Exchange welcomes the first Vietnam company to list on its Main Market.

Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings Limited is a closed-end investment company, which principally invests in Vietnam properties & securities.
Today it became the first Vietnam company to list on the Main Market, raising US$350 million on its admission. Marking the occasion, Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings Limited, Director, Peter Ryder, opened the London Stock Exchange's markets.
The company aims to achieve medium and long-term capital appreciation, and to generate current income. It will make minority investments, primarily in Vietnamese securities; may invest in companies in any industry sector except certain direct property investments; and may invest using a wide range of investment types including equity securities, debt securities, convertible instruments and, on a limited basis, derivative instruments.
