The London Stock Exchange is delighted to Vietnam Infrastructure Ltd to AIM.

Vietnam Infrastructure (VNI) is the first publicly traded fund to focus investment on key strategic infrastructure assets in Vietnam, including the energy, transport, water and telecommunications sectors.

"Vietnam's dynamic economic growth has placed unprecedented demands upon the nation's infrastructure, creating a unique opportunity for private sector investment,"

said Horst Geicke, Chairman and Co-Founder of VinaCapital.

"We are pleased to offer investors the first publicly-traded vehicle for participating in this critical component of Vietnam's continued development."

"The tremendous response to our offering speaks not only to strong demand for infrastructure investments, but also to the outstanding results that our other Vietnam funds have achieved,"

said Don Lam, CEO and Co-Founder of VinaCapital.

"We look forward to furthering our investment in Vietnam's economic and social progress through Vietnam Infrastructure Limited."

VNI's investment manager is VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd ("VinaCapital"), a leading investment company in Vietnam.
