This event will provide the opportunity to hear from a range of advisers on board effectiveness, evaluation and engagement with shareholders and receive an update on London Stock Exchange developments.

Speakers will include:

•        Louise Redmond, Director Law Debenture Governance Services

Registration will be at 3.30pm and the presentations will start at 4pm. The question and answer session will be followed by a networking drinks reception at 5.30pm.
