National Pre-IPO Seminars
The London Stock Exchange, in conjunction with Baker Tilly and Brewin Dolphin, are delighted to launch the National Pre-IPO series of seven breakfast seminars developed to provide a detailed introduction to flotation. This series of comprehensive seminars is aimed at anyone who is considering flotation on the stock market in order to raise funds to facilitate the growth of their business, enhance their profile or increase their liquidity.
Seminar Overview
At the seminar you will receive advice on the benefits of floating on a public market focusing specifically on AIM and the Main Market. We will also look at the role of the various advisors involved in a flotation pointing out the pitfalls and passing on the wisdom of their experience. Finally you will hear from PLC Directors on their experiences of both the flotation process and life as a quoted company.
If you are a Director of a company which is considering its options for growth and fund raising then this seminar will enable you to:
