IMS Roundtable, Edinburgh

Overview:
As part of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market (such as the Main Market), and whose HomeState is the UK, are now required to provide a biannual ‘interim management statement’ (IMS).

The London Stock Exchange will be hosting a free roundtable for Main Market listed companies which are designed to help you in your day-to-day role by providing you with useful insight from leading advisory firms and a confidential forum to discuss any issues surrounding this topic area.

The free roundtable will start at 9.30am to 11am on Monday, 14 September 2009 at Deloitte's office at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH1 2DB. 

The event will be chaired by Bruce Rayfield, Senior Manager, UK Larger Companies who previously worked at the UKLA and as a corporate broker, with speakers from the following leading advisory firms:
