IMS Roundtable - Birmingham - 3 March 2010
This meeting will be a roundtable discussion on Interim Management Statements (IMS) practice for listed companies from 8:00am to 9:30am on Wednesday 3rd March at Deloitte, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2HZ.
The format of the meeting is a roundtable under Chatham House rules which will be chaired by Chris Robertson, Head of Deloitte Midlands’ Audit and Assurance practice and with speakers from Deloitte, Tom Hopkins, National Accounting and Audit, Arden Partners, Steve Douglas, Corporate Finance Director and Pinsent Masons, David Stevenson, Partner, who will provide useful insights on IMS practice.
The aim of the meeting is to provide you with an opportunity to confidentially discuss any issues/questions that you may have around this and related topic areas with the above advisers and other listed companies.
We held similar meetings at the end of last year which were well attended and generated good discussion including the following topic areas:
