British Polythene Industries PLC (BPI) is the largest manufacturer of polythene film, bags and sacks in Europe, with manufacturing capacity in excess of 350,000 tonnes p.a.. BPI is also the largest recycler of polythene film in Europe - having pioneered recycling techniques for processing a diverse range of scrap materials including heavily contaminated agricultural films. It is a leading global supplier of agricultural film products and a leading European supplier of packaging for the protection of food and other goods.

Havelock is a fully-listed company classified in the household goods sector; however it supplies products for educational and retail interiors, rather than households. Havelock is a UK leader in the design, manufacture and installation of educational and retail interiors. It also has a successful point of sale printing business. The Group’s customers are mainly large businesses. Havelock Europa has three Divisions: Educational Interiors; Retail Interiors; and Point of Sale Display.
