高增长市场

  • 不要求公众持 股 有最低份额
  • 无交易记录要求
  • 无需股东提前批准交易
  • 需要维持一位指定保荐人
  • 不需要最低市 值
  • 上市文件没有被证券交易所或英国上市管理局预审。

专业证券市场 - DRs

  • 公众持股不低于 25%
  • 最近三年交易记录 （如公司成立少于三年，则全部交易记录）
  • 市值不低于70万英镑
  • 需要英国上市管理局 提前审查“上市细节”

专业证券市场 - Debt

  • 对大多数债券而言，需要最近两年交易记录 （如公司成立少于两年，则全部交易记录）
  • 市值不低于20万英镑
  • 需要英国上市管理局 提前审查“上市细节”
  • 国家通行会计准则（英国上市管理局在一定情况下可以免除对IFRS的解释要求）
