Terms and conditions


USE OF BRAND MARK PERMISSION

This permission allows you (the “Brand Mark User”) to display the selected brand mark of London Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) as agreed by the Exchange and the Brand Mark User and as displayed on the website of the Exchange. The brand mark shall only be used in promotional materials in which the Brand Mark User is associated with the Exchange and its use will be subject to acceptance of the following terms by the Brand Mark User:

  1. The Brand Mark User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Exchange’s brand mark, in all parts of the world, are vested in the Exchange and these terms shall not be construed as transferring, granting or conferring to the Brand Mark User or any other third party any right or title of use in respect of any intellectual property rights.
  2. The Brand Mark User shall comply with any such direction that the Exchange may give in relation to the placing of its brand mark. The Brand Mark User shall only display the brand mark which has been sourced from the Exchange’s website.
  3. The brand mark of the Exchange is to be displayed by itself and may not be combined with any other graphic or textual elements and may not be used as an element of any other brand mark or logo.
  4. Where applicable, the Brand Mark User shall at all times comply with all relevant regulations and rules and all applicable law.
  5. Without prejudice to the Exchange’s authority and discretion under paragraph 2 or paragraph 8, the Brand Mark User shall not display the Exchange’s brand mark in any way which is indecent or inappropriate, or in any other way incompatible with Exchange’s reputation.
  6. The Exchange reserves the right to withdraw permission immediately in the event that the Brand Mark User breaches any of these terms, and shall immediately cease to use the Exchange’s brand mark.
  7. The Exchange reserves the right to terminate the Brand Mark User’s use of their brand mark for any reason by giving seven (7) days written notice. At which time, the Brand Mark User must remove any brand marks being displayed immediately.
  8. In the event that this permission is withdrawn or terminated, the Brand Mark User must destroy all copies of any materials which contain the brand mark of the Exchange
  9. This agreement is made under English law and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By entering your details and submitting the form, you are agreeing to use the Exchange’s brand mark in accordance with the above terms.
