Overview
The London Stock Exchange and its partners will be conducting a free to attend seminar in Mexico on the 22 October 2008. The morning of presentations will inform and advise Mexican companies, the private equity community and advisors, of the benefits of using London's markets to successfully raise capital.
There will be an opening address from Dr. Chris Gibson-Smith, Chairman, London Stock Exchange and a presentation from Mr Jaime Lomelin, CEO, Fresnillo group on choosing London as a listing option.
Topics will include:
- Why London and the London Stock Exchange?
- Ensuring the proper legal framework for a London listing
- Financial reporting pre and post IPO
- How to access London’s capital pool
- A view from a London fund manager on Mexican companies.
