FT Company Announcement Service


The FT Company Announcement Service allows companies to publish their regulatory and other press releases in the Financial Times. This helps extend their reach into Europe, keep shareholders up to date, and attract new investors from the affluent and influential FT audience.

FT Company Annoucement Service

The FT Company Announcement Service:

  • helps build investor awareness of your company’s performance
  • ensures your message is communicated directly with the FT’s valuable audience
  • allows you to attract new investors and extend your corporate presence in Europe

 

The dedicated section in the UK and Europe editions of the FT gives you a platform for maximising your reach to a daily circulation of over 250,000.

FT readers are influential investors:

  • Average salary of €120,000
  • Total personal net worth: €163 billion
  • In the UK alone, the FT reaches 78% of Senior Portfolio/Fund Managers who manage funds worth £3.7 trillion

What will appear?

  • Your company name, headline and the first 300, 650 or 1000 characters of your release.

  • A web URL linking through to the full release on www.ft.com/announce

 

Where does it appear?

  • The UK and European editions of the Financial Times, Tuesday-Saturday
  • Dedicated section in the Companies & Markets pages


When will the announcement appear?

  • Releases submitted by 11:00 am will be appear the next day

  • Releases submitted after this time will be published two days after distribution


How much does the service cost?

  • For RNS customers there are three options to choose from depending on the number of words you wish to publish in the FT
  • Please note, the cost is per release for RNS or RNS Reach and is in addition to the cost of your RNS or RNS Reach announcement

When is the service available?

  • The service is available Tuesday to Saturday for announcements submitted the previous day

 

RNS customers can select the service when sending their announcements through Submit or the Contributor Input website.
