On 20 February 2007, we issued AIM Notice 27 which issued amended AIM Rules for Companies, AIM Disciplinary Procedures and Appeals Handbook and the new AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers, further to AIM Notice 24 consultation.

AIM Regulation team
AIM Regulation is a team of 11 professionals, including lawyers, accountants and corporate finance professionals. The team, provides advice and guidance on the AIM rules, monitors and investigates AIM companies’ compliance with these regulations, approves and monitors Nomads, and deals with AIM rule changes.

AIM Regulation provides a helpdesk that is primarily aimed at Nomads, reflecting the fact that they are the first-line regulators of AIM companies. In exceptional circumstances, AIM Regulation will also handle calls or emails from an AIM company’s other advisers, such as its lawyers and accountants, or from the company itself.
